MEETING NOTICE

As the Assessor in Elm River Township, I will be holding a forum for the residents/taxpayers of Elm River Township to provide information on the Property Tax Law/Assessment Issues-Principal Residence Exemptions/Uncapping and other questions that were raised in the survey that was sent out by the Planning Commission.

This meeting will be on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. at the Elm River Township Hall.

This is NOT a board meeting so it is not subject to the Open Meetings Act.

This meeting is for informational purposes and to answers questions you may have regarding property issues. NO decisions will be made at this meeting.
